Peasemarsh Farm Catering is a full-service mobile catering company, as well as the exclusive caterer for Craigleith Ski Club. With a focus on using local, organic ingredients, Peasemarsh Farm has been showcasing high quality local meat and produce in the region for the last ten years.

Being the exclusive caterer allows us to offer Craigleith's luxurious 26,000 square foot Base Lodge as the perfect place to entertain your guest for your special day, accommodating up to 400 guests with a second Base Lodge set to open this year.

Chef and owner Chris Bishop’s goal is to bring people together through the love of food and to share his passion for local, sustainable farmers that have a positive impact on the environment and the community. To be a leading provider of outstandingly delicious local food and impeccable customer service by offering versatile and flexible menus with consistency and presentation at its core is our focus.

In his free time, Chef Chris Bishop loves to travel, backpack and snowboard, but his true passion is food.  He began formal training as a chef in England at the age of 18 and among his many other jobs, he has cooked for Queen Elizabeth, Prince Phillip, and Princess Anne.

Peasemarsh Farm Catering has become synonymous with quality and a resounding consensus that it is elevating the local catering landscape with creativity, novelty, and edge. The growing company has earned a reputation for going beyond kitchen limits and crafting experiences in unique, offsite destinations with a focus on local, fresh, and regional ingredients. Meticulous attention to detail, handcrafted dishes, and a farm-to-table commitment has Peasemarsh Farm surpassing even the highest of standards.

Weddings are a momentous day and Chef Chris Bishop is honored that people put their trust in him to deliver quality food for such a special day that will be remembered forever. He is truly in his element when he is cooking outside on a beautiful summers’ day at the breath-taking venues this area has to offer.
