Chef Gerry William's menus are based on current seasonal selections. All menus are pre-set, and can be created with a choice for your guests. We are also happy to customize a menu based on your vision, as well as your budget.
Oliver & Bonacini is the exclusive caterer for The Westin Trillium House, Blue Mountain, and caters throughout the Georgian Triangle. The Westin Trillium House offers over 10,000 square feet of customizable event space, including two ballrooms, a grand foyer and a stunning private outdoor terrace overlooking the Millpond.
